There’s a time and place for a White Negroni, and that’s right now. 🤍✨☀️🧊 Cal made this drink for our Fall supper club and it was such a hit that we kept it on rotation (for ourselves 😂). I figured it was time to spread the love! We’re not reinventing the wheel here, just sharing what we’ve learned. Cheers! Ingredients 1.5 oz gin .5 oz Salers Aperitif 1 oz Cocchi Americano Ice (small cubes and 1 large one, if you’ve got it) Orange peel Make it! 1. In a mixing glass, add gin, Salers and Cocchi, plus a large handful of ice. Stir for 25 seconds until the outside of the mixing glass is cold. 2. Add fresh ice or a large cube to your serving glass. Strain and express the orange peel.
