Lazy girl confit on burrata toast! 🍅☁️ Make this an hour before friends come over and they will bow down to your greatness. 🙌 Ingredients For the confit: 1 pint of cherry tomatoes 1 head of garlic, peeled Salt + pepper Sprigs of thyme, rosemary or oregano 1-2 cups olive oil, enough to fully submerge your tomatoes and garlic *Optional: red wine vinegar (to finish the dish) For the toast: Toasted fresh bread (sourdough, if you got it) 1 burrata sphere Honey, for drizzling Red pepper flakes Make it! 1.Pre-heat oven to 325°F. In a ceramic or glass oven dish, add tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, and enough olive oil to fully submerge ingredients. Cover with aluminum foil (so that the tomatoes don’t get any char on the skins) and bake for one hour. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
