Sherbet 4 adults!! 🍊🍦 Orange basil creamsicle to bring back ONLY the good memories. 😂 Makes 1, Total Time: 5 minutes Ingredients 3 oz. brûléed orange juice (I’ll explain), about 1 orange plus 1 for garnish 2 tbsp. sugar (for the brûlée) 1 oz. lemon juice 1.5 oz. vodka .25 tsp. vanilla extract Pinch of salt 1 tbsp. plain greek yogurt 5-6 large basil leaves, plus one small for garnish Pinch of salt Make it! 1.Slice your orange in half shortways and pat the surface dry (the sugar won’t caramelize as well if it’s too wet). For the garnish, slice a thin round (shortways) from another orange. Sprinkle about 1 tsp. sugar on each half and smooth around evenly with a spoon. Use a torch to brûlée the sugar. If you don’t have a torch, set a rack to the top of the oven and broil the oranges, sugar side up, for 1 minute.
