What ya need: Cocktail shaker or a mason jar with a tight lid 1 shot espresso (or 4 oz. cold brew) 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or to your liking) 2 pinches sea salt, trust me 🙏 Dash of vanilla extract About 1/3 cup milk, to your liking Ice for shaking and more for serving Make it! 1. Pull your espresso shot and while hot add sea salt and maple syrup. Stir and cool for a min (doesn’t have to get to room temp, just not steaming hot) 2. In a cocktail shaker, add espresso mixture, vanilla extract, milk and a large handful of ice. 3. Shake that thing!! You want it to get VERY icy, then keep going 15 seconds more. 4. Strain onto a large cube of ice cubes. *optional: add three beans.
