One more time for the rainbow carrots 😭🌈🥕I tested this recipe two ways: roast vs. steam. While a roast is delish, it draws out all of the water and leaves you with a wrinkled carrot (lol). When you steam them, they retain their moisture and slice open like butter. 🧈 Then rolled in honey and crunchy breadcrumbs for texture on TEXTURE!
