It’s not every day that you get to tour the Steam Shop, much less ride in the cab of Big Boy #UP4014. This fall, four Union Pacific employees are doing just that. Craft professionals Joe Montiel and Ronald Chapman recently enjoyed the unique honor, joining the steam crew on the #BigBoyHeartland Tour. The ride-along experience recognizes team members displaying dedication, leadership and excellence in their craft.
