The dose makes the poison. With preseason comes a massive ramp up in workload on the π court, & something has to give. That something is the VOLUME in our S&C sessions. We jump way less in our S&C sessions now, but itβs still in the program. Not all jumps/plyos provide the same stimulus.
Preseason formula:
Sport volume goes β¬οΈ βοΈ S&C volume goes β¬οΈ
You can still sprint, jump, throw, lift, etc. You can do all of this at a high intensity. Just adjust accordingly π§ͺ
