An unbelievably tough forecast from start to finish for Hurricane Beryl as it finally overcame dry air and wind shear early this morning and intensified as it smashed into the Texas coast. Bringing the highest winds, and storm surge storming into Surf City, Texas that was just affected by Alberto just weeks ago.
