#vacCinated was what I wore on my Captains©️armband in last nights game. I got my 2nd Pfizer shot on Thursday of last week. I know there’s still a lot of vaccine hesitancy out there and I’d like to think this could help encourage others to get vaccinated. As a Latino, I know about the skepticism and misinformation that is out there in the minority communities. However, we need to trust the science and see how effective it has been already to reduce the number of COVID hospitalizations. The light at the end of the tunnel is in sight. I can’t wait for the return to normalcy without wearing masks and the rest of the stuff that has come along with this pandemic. We need to continue to do our part to protect and help one another. Do it for yourself, your family & friends, your neighbors, and the community! Summer time is 🔜!
