Hot food to order. Ice for hats and bandanas. Blister care, big smiles, and endless encouragement. Costumes, themed setups, and heart-pouring support. Our aid station crews are everything.
These stations don’t just offer fuel—they offer hope, humor, and a moment to reset. They break up the massive miles into something manageable. Without them, runners wouldn’t make it to the finish.
