Runner Story Series: Ben Bailey From Central Coast NSW to the rugged trails of the US, Ben's journey is nothing short of extraordinary. As a retired rugby league player and former alcoholic and drug user, Ben found a new path in ultra running, using it to turn his life around and become a better husband, dad, grandfather, and person. He has conquered both the Bigfoot 200 and Tahoe 200, with the Arizona Monster 300 on deck for his next adventure. Supported by his wife, inspired by his kids, and fueled by his support crew, Ben has also found meaningful connections through running, including with his coach, (and 2024 Triple Crown finisher), Alicia, whom he finally met in person at Tahoe last year.
