Losing my £1000 Drone to the Sea 🥲🌊 🎥 ben2good So on the weekend I unfortunately lost one of my brand new custom built FPV Drones to the sea. I was flying along the rocks at Malin Head in Ireland, when out of nowhere a seagull flew right into the drone, knocking it out of the sky and into the sea along my with GoPro 12 🥲 This was only my 3rd flight with this drone. I’d test flown it in a field and this was its first trip to the coast to capture some cinematic fpv footage. The whole thing happened so fast I didn’t even have time to react. The drone was travelling at around 60mph when the seagull suddenly came into frame. I’m not sure if it tried to attack the drone or it was a completely freak collision.
