In a world where most industries are dominated by men, I get the absolute honor of being surrounded by the most astounding, creative, fearless women who are building legacies with their work. I am incredibly proud of the business I’ve built alongside so many other amazing female entrepreneurs, and I’m honored that I get to raise two girls who will become women themselves and see that they can do anything they put their minds to. I’m also humbled by the rich history of women who have come before me and paved the road I now walk on. It was only 100 years ago that women got the right to vote in this country. It was only 50 years ago that women got the right to open a bank account. And it was only 36 years ago (the year I was born in fact) that women earned the right to own a business.
