Glutes, quads and hammies are all working here. Using your core to drive that knee up and getting full extension are big keys πŸ”‘πŸ†™ Curtsy Lunges - MB’s need to be quick laterally! We literally live in a lateral world. These are wonderful because they not only strengthen those glutes, which help provide lateral power, but they require you to find your balance and improve proprioception. πŸ™Œ πŸ‘€ Single Leg Squat to Bench - unilateral strength is the name of the game. Jumping, landing and pushing off one leg is just what we do, so single leg work is SO IMPORTANT. 🦡 Lateral Step Ups - these are super fun because they’ve also got a cardio component to them. πŸ€ͺ Just like the other exercises, these can help you be more explosive in the lateral plane.
