maybe the only thing that’s never left my training split: lateral raise dropsets 😮💨
gonna put you on some free game here but one thing I’ve found (for me personally at least) is that my shoulders respond to volume (overall reps) & density (overall reps in a given amount of time) and dropsets have been the move for that from day one. 10-12 clean reps at a difficult weight straight into a burnout at a lighter weight. Basic, but effective 🤝🏽
