Super easy to make and a time savor for those busy weeks! *Double or triple the recipe to prep your meals ahead! 1 cup cooked rice 1 chicken breast, cut into slices 1 sweet onion, sliced Cherry tomatoes ¼ cucumber, cut into quarters Black Olives 2 tbsp Feta Cheese 1 tbsp Tzatziki Sauce Place the rice and chicken in a bowl and warm it if desired.
