Fresno Police Chief Casto spoke to the media about the officer-involved shooting that happened on Thursday in front of Manchester Center in Fresno. Chief Casto says a woman with a large knife held it to the back of a woman's neck, forcing an officer to fire one shot. The woman was hit in the head. She was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
