An update in the cases against a Fayette mother and grandfather charged in a toddler's disappearance. Wendy Pamela Bailey and John Bailey were scheduled to be in court Wednesday morning for a hearing. But that didn't happen because they've both been indicted by a Fayette County grand jury. Both are charged in the disappearance of her son Kahleb. The toddler was discovered missing after a wreck in December that killed his sister and father.
