Ronald Parnell, owner of Ron's Bonds in Jasper, was taken into custody after a complaint was filed on Apr. 3. Following the investigation, police charged Parnell with sexual abuse, assault with bodily fluids, and unlawful imprisonment. He was later released from custody on a $7,500 bond.
