“Wait… we’re not done?” That was Hailey’s face after the 3rd set of 200m sprints—but she pushed through like a champ. Stadiums and sprints will humble you quick, but she’s out here learning what it means to become a hybrid athlete (someone who can lift, run, recover, and repeat.) We laughed, she complained, but she showed up and gave it her all.
