We had a fun and successful video shoot at Lahti! #Raute is part of the #FutureTalents Lahti program, which enabled us to participate in the video production for the program. Future Talents Lahti program strengthens collaboration between #LUT universities and local businesses. Its aim is to connect students with companies in the area during their studies and increase regional employment after graduation. The video aims to give future talents a picture of the #company as an employee sees it. For this, we got Ida, our Chief Design Engineer, to talk about her journey at Raute and what it is like to work there. This is really important and relatable information to students figuring out their first possible #employer!
