WD-40 and PB Blaster are your friends when working on these old Jeeps. Had to replace a broken hood release. And since it was broken, the hood wouldn’t open, so you have to remove both headlights. An evening project this week for me and my dad so I can get to the thermostat that needs replacing cause the heat doesn’t work and that sucks when I drive to work 😂 Next project….removing the dash and installing a CarPlay unit. #jeep #jeepXJ #JeepCherokee #JeepCherokeeXJ
