This group of Crusaders departed today for Guadalajara, Mexico as part of our CHS Companions Program, in which juniors respond to the Ignatian call to service via immersion trips. The group is being led by Director of Campus Ministry Fr. Chuck Frederico, S.J. (far left) and Assistant Director of Admission Brendan Tenney ’12. The group will serve in various capacities at several sites in Mexico over the next during their 10-day travels. Canisius students have participated in immersion trips to Maine, Puerto Rico, Mexico and New Orleans within the last year. Additional CHS Companions Program groups traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana and San Juan, Puerto Rico earlier this school year; more trips will take place this summer.
