#FunctionalPatterns morning workout. I do one five days a week I work both Stephanie and Jacob fpbrantford and with Benjamin fptexas I love my workouts. They’re always different, but they’re always strategically working my body in an intentional way. This morning I videoed my workout with Jacob to give you a glimpse into some of the things we do at FP… the goal, always being strengthening systems around standing, walking, running, and throwing.
