Last week, we had the honor of photographing an inspiring celebration hosted by emeraldcitiescollaborative (ECC) — recognizing the incredible achievements of Cohorts 2 & 3 of their Contractor Incubator Program.  28 minority-owned businesses were celebrated, including the first all-women’s building retrofit academy — a powerful reminder of what intentional support, equity, and access can do for our communities.
