EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT- Today we introduce Sergeant Cantrell. Sergeant Cantrell has worked for the MSU Police Department for 24 years, 18 of those years on the MSUPD K9 team with 3 K9 partners; Tex, Koda and Kenai over his career. Kenai is pictured here with Sergeant Cantrell during a NAPCH training seminar exercise. Sergeant Cantrell has also served on the MSUPD Mountain Bike Unit and Motorcycle Unit in the past. Sergeant Cantrell’s favorite part of working in Law Enforcement is the ability he has to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Sergeant Cantrell continues this impact by coaching swim teams for a local high school and club team with his wife.
