Today we introduce Detective Salvati. Detective Salvati has been a police officer for 7 years having spent time at the Coldwater Police Department and now the MSU Police Department. Detective Salvati has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Ferris State University and completed the Ferris State University Police Academy. Currently, Detective Salvati is assigned to the Special Victims Unit, where she investigates crimes involving sexual assault, relationship violence, stalking, child abuse, vulnerable adult abuse, and missing persons. In addition to her role as a Detective, Detective Salvati is a member of the Crisis Intervention Team and a member of the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) that works to help provide support and assistance to survivors of sexual assault in and around the MSU community.
