When the theme — “Changing of the Guard” — came to me for this year’s ILS, I had no idea I would be in the midst of such a profound transition.   As this year’s conference comes to a close, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. I’ve completed my course, and now, it’s time to take things higher.   Every great vision must outlive the visionary.
