Sample Meal Plan:
• Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, ½ cup oats
• Snack: 1 apple, 10 almonds
• Lunch: 6 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup brown rice, steamed broccoli
• Snack: Protein shake with water
• Dinner: 6 oz salmon, asparagus, ½ sweet potato
• Water: 1 gallon minimum
Sample Workout Plan (Full Body Burner):
• 10-min warm-up (treadmill or bike)
• Circuit x 4 rounds:
• 15 Dumbbell Squats
• 10 Push-ups
• 12 Walking Lunges (each leg)
• 15 Kettlebell Swings
• 20 Mountain Climbers
• Finish with 5 min core work (plank, crunches, leg raises)
