NCDs serve as Girl Scouts San Diego’s voting members at the National Council Session (NCS), a national business meeting where delegates from every Girl Scout council and USA Girl Scouts Overseas come together to discuss, debate and vote on key issues shaping the future of the Girl Scout Movement. After the session, delegates return to share insights with their local communities. The 58th National Council Session will take place in Washington, D.C., from Monday, July 20, to Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
