Yesterday marked 1 year since the Olympic Final of the Women’s 4x400m Relay in Tokyo❤️🇨🇦 I can still feel this energy when I close my eyes🚀 - This year looks very different as I sit on my couch right now super sick with the BA5 COVID variant and cry at the finale of Stranger Things 😂😅 I’m excited to work on becoming the healthiest, most joyful and grounded, and fastest version of myself as possible for the coming seasons on the Path to Paris ☺️ ready to trust the process and enjoy this journey once again! #pathtoparis #olympics
