Aubrey Griffin was picked out of the crowd by the Minnesota Lynx. The former Ossining standout who battled a string of injuries during her career at UConn was taken in the third round of the WNBA Draft Monday at The Shed at Hudson Yards with the 37th overall pick. She was on hand to support Huskies teammate Paige Bueckers, who was taken with the No. 1 pick by the Dallas Wings. Griffin was the third member of the reigning NCAA champions taken.
