This was a fun one. Never forget how lucky we are in Owen Sound to get to know the players in a small market. Every time we step foot in the Bayhore we are witnessing a little sliver of a player’s history. When they go on to do great things, we remember those moments that we watched them up close and we cheer even harder. When Ron McLean held up Jim Anglin’s poem to Jordan Binnington on the Four Nations Face Off broadcast, I really wanted to know more about Jim, his love for Binnington and how the Owen Sound Attack came to earn a mention in this storied best-on-best tournament. It took me a bit to track him down but with some help from Sam McKee and Ron McLean, here’s what I discovered. Link in bio and story.
