Our foods deserve the limelight and many of us growing up felt ashamed to be eating these foods in public spaces in fear of it being called “smelly” or just looked down upon. I’m glad this is changing and that it’s becoming more accepted in mainstream culture. I thought that the food was tasty, fresh, and authentic across the board. I even loved that they made their own style for the kati rolls. The cart is apparently pretty popular amongst Indian tourists in the area. The cart operates 24 hours and is fully halal.
