Here's a mashup of exercises I used to strengrhen my ankle and increase mobility after an injury from the snowboard trip in January. Hope it helps. SAVE & SHARE ⚠️Make sure to attempt everything with extreme caution, go gentle and do the exercises with focus on the motion and do it slow and focused⏳️🧠 (the video is sped up 6x if you can't tell) I had to do a lot of work to be able to even do a bodyweight squat again. I can finally say I'm back - maybe not 100% but strong enough - and ready to get #legday back on schedule.🦵💪🏽 If you were wondering any video you might seen lately where I do leg exercises are from older clips.
