I didn’t truly understand “rich” until I was about 40.
Didn’t understand “wealthy” until I was closer to 50.
Now I’m 59 — and still learning, every day. 🧠💡
When you start owning property, everything shifts.
Paying taxes makes you pay attention —
To the schools, the roads, the gutters, the lights, and yes… even the police.
Because they work for you.
Here’s the truth:
Nobody washes rental cars.
You drive it, you get it dirty, and you return it — because you don’t own it.
Ownership changes the endorphins in your brain. It rewires how you see the world.
If you’re reading about it in the newspaper, it’s already old news.
You’ve gotta skate to where the puck is going, not where it’s been.
15 years ago, I bet on Atlanta — and I was right.
One of my cars has a license plate that simply says: Entrepreneur.
That’s the mindset. That’s the mission.🔥
Thank you cam for having me on funkyfriday — always a pleasure to share the journey. 🙏🏽🎙️
