I was always dancing growing up. I liked to make dances for fun & perform them for anyone who would watch(my poor neighbors)🤣And now it’s 2025, and I’m a month away from the 4-year anniversary of leading classes!! I never could’ve imagined how something that started as “just for fun” would grow into this. A part of my actual life & career! Dance Cardio has been a space to let go. To be silly. To sweat, laugh, and not take life so seriously for 45 minutes.
