Day One in Louisville was a blast!! After breaking down in Nashville on Sunday, we didn’t really know if we were gonna make it on time for loucityacademy training last night. Thankfully, we arrived with minutes to spare, and all the doubts we had about this long soccer road trip across the country washed away as soon as we made it through those academy gates. Players from all ages stopped to admire the bus and even grabbed copies of The Soccer Odyssey magazine. We played foosball for hours, got to show old soccer memorabilia, and had some fun challenges going. We gave away tour stop posters to any youth players who could beat us at foosball in front of the bus, and we’re proud to say, we gave away none. (Just kidding, we got destroyed).
