#TeamHighlight Meet Kathy Panella, our Assistant Director of Billing and Customer Service and cherished member of our team who has been with Concorde for over 25 years! Kathy loves being part of our close-knit family, where teamwork and laughter go hand in hand. Outside of work, Kathy is a talented musician who played the clarinet and bass clarinet throughout school and was in the marching band. She’s also passionate about music, enjoying everything from classical and jazz to Broadway musicals like Phantom of the Opera, pop, freestyle dance, country, and of course, classic rock!
