Greetings from Lafayette, Louisiana! 👋🌿🦞 We spent the weekend exploring this hidden gem with @ExploreLouisiana and @Steller and were met with the friendliest locals, tried so many new foods for the first time, and left already thinking about our next visit. Lafayette is home to one of the largest Cajun populations in the U.S., with a rich culture influenced by French, Spanish, West African, and Native American roots.
