Oldie but goodie. Needed these stretches today! Here are 4 go to lower back stretches that really help relieve some lower back tightness when weβre feeling sticky. Throw these in after a workout and let me know what you think.
My personal favourite is the first stretch to really get that QL and hip area π§βπ³ππ½.
