Work hard, play hard 🚜 👷👷‍♀️   Tampa’s Wastewater Team had a little friendly competition and refined their skills at the Second Annual Wastewater Rodeo!   As noted by the Director of Wastewater Eric Weiss, these exercises don’t just enhance the expertise of our technicians, they foster the camaraderie and synergy that keeps our wastewater flowing 24/7!   Skill Drills:   Increasing speed and accuracy with the Track Hoe and Mini Track Hoe: with these machines, our team excavates and removes asphalt, dirt, and other large items during the installation or repair of pipes; they also pick up downed trees and other debris during hurricane season 🚜   Building speed and efficiency with the Vac-Con truck: these giant vacuums clean up overflows, remove fats/oils/greases from pipes and manholes, and flush pipes 🛢️ 🕳️   Enhancing precision with Boom trucks: using these vehicles, our team lifts and transports machinery and equipment to where it’s needed most—especially during storm cleanup 🏗️...
