Lately, Tux and I have been working on some fun skills—and he’s seriously leveling up. We’ve been practicing how to catch treats mid-air (which, let’s be honest, started off more like “watch the treat fall and casually walk over to it”). But now? He’s got that snap-and-catch move down almost every time. Go, Tux! Even cooler—we’ve been brushing up on our nonverbal cues for his commands. It’s wild how intuitive dogs can be when you really start communicating on their level.
