What’s with the idea that women don’t have a place in men’s sports? I want to know fr. I get messages daily asking for advice on how to navigate it. From my perspective, I don’t even consider myself different at this point. I know that I am good at what I do. I know what I can affect change. I know my words and thoughts on the game are just as powerful as any guy that thinks he’s better suited than I am. Yet I still see that some consider me unsuited to coach boys. My question for you all is how come we are still putting up with coaches out there who belittle and disrespect women. Why do parents sign their kids up to play for them? Is there something I’m missing?
