An incredible "fire rainbow" was spotted in a cloud resembling a jellyfish over the Texas skies on Tuesday ☁️🌈⁣ ⁣ The phenomenon is called a "circumhorizontal arc." The clouds that the arc was superimposed on are colloquially known as "jellyfish cloud" but their technical name is virga.
