It’s National Crawfish Day! Earlier this week I had the honor of cooking 500 lbs of crawfish for the dallascowboys on their 1st day of the offseason program under new head coach brian.schottenheimer. It was a really cool team building event as brand-new teammates and coaches got to know each other. I always relish the challenge of cooking for my football team because a NFL team can eat! Especially when they are led my boy _4dak who is a Louisiana native. He was the first one at the crawfish table, taught all the boys how to properly eat them and was the last to leave. A true leader of men! Huge thank you to Justin of lacrawfishco for hand picking, purging and overnighting me the biggest and best crawfish.
