I’m thrilled to return to the Tribeca Film Festival to premiere #MyMomJayne because of how much the extraordinary city of New York means to both of us. My mom got her start here, on Broadway, in a city so alive with the art she dreamed of making. For me, it’s the place I’ve come to call my beloved home. I’ve dedicated my almost thirty years here to telling important stories, and I’m profoundly moved to have the opportunity to tell this deeply personal one—my mother’s, mine, and ours together.
