🔔 Did you know that the MetLife Tower (located at 23rd and Madison Ave) drew inspiration from the bell tower in St. Mark’s plaza in Venice AKA the Campanile di San Marco. 🏙️ Once completed in 1909, it even was the tallest building in NYC at 700 feet tall!
