The very first cohort to take The Rise of Women’s Sports, has now wrapped up— an elective designed by Kristen Gambetta to explore the rapid growth of the women’s sports industry and what it will take to build a more equitable future for the athletes at its center. From day one, this course has been driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a shared belief that progress requires more than just momentum—it requires intention, innovation, and action. Through thoughtful dialogue, expert insights, and student-led exploration, we’ve examined how the industry can continue its upward trajectory while ensuring it creates lasting opportunities for those within it.
