These are totally worth the hype and make for the BEST sweet treat! 😍
I made a few changes and added in protein powder and sweetened with liquid stevia to make these a bit more blood sugar friendly and
to help hit my protein goals!
Ingredients:
-2 tbsp oats
-2 tbsp cocoa powder
-1 1/2 cups dates
-2 tbsp protein powder (I used vanilla, chocolate or unflavored would work!)
-8-10 drops of SweetLeaf Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops
-2 tbsp nut butter
-Pinch of salt
-Chocolate melted for coating
How to make it:
1. Add oats to a food processor and pulse to a flour
2. Add cocoa powder, protein powder, dates, nut better, salt and SweetLeaf Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops and pulse until combined
3. Roll mixture into balls and dip into melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper until chocolate coating hardens in the fridge.
